EMI Calculator
Enter amount, rate and tenure to get the monthly instalment, total interest, total payable, and a full amortisation schedule showing how each payment splits between principal and interest.
Home, car, personal and business loans
Five calculators, one app
EMI Calculator shows what a loan actually costs across its full term — not just the monthly figure, but the interest hidden inside it. It also handles DPS maturity, SIP growth, FDR returns and your Debt Burden Ratio, so borrowing and saving decisions sit side by side.
The same maths the app uses. Runs in your browser.

Indicative only. Your lender's figure may differ because of processing fees, insurance, disbursement date and their own rounding rules.
What's inside
Most people carry a loan and a savings scheme at the same time. Putting both in one app means you can check whether a new instalment still leaves room for the deposit you already committed to.
Enter amount, rate and tenure to get the monthly instalment, total interest, total payable, and a full amortisation schedule showing how each payment splits between principal and interest.
Home, car, personal and business loans
Work out what a Deposit Pension Scheme matures to. Enter your monthly deposit, the profit rate and the term, and see total deposited, profit earned and the net amount after source tax.
Monthly recurring bank deposits
Project how a Systematic Investment Plan could grow. Set the monthly contribution, an expected annual return and the horizon to see invested capital against estimated gains.
Mutual funds and regular investing
Calculate what a Fixed Deposit Receipt returns at maturity. Choose monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annual compounding and apply the source tax rate that fits your case.
Lump-sum term deposits
Check your Debt Burden Ratio before applying. Compare total monthly obligations against net income, set the ceiling your lender uses, and see how much borrowing headroom is left.
Loan eligibility self-check
Keep a calculation to compare offers later, and share a clean summary image when you want a second opinion. Everything stays on your device.
The number nobody quotes you
Lenders lead with the instalment because it sounds manageable. The figure that matters is what you hand over across the whole term, and how much of that is interest rather than the thing you actually borrowed.
Stretching a tenure lowers the instalment and raises the total. Shortening it does the opposite. The app shows both sides of that trade at once, so you can see what an extra two years really buys — and what it costs.
Front-loaded
Early instalments are mostly interest. The amortisation table makes that visible month by month.
Prepayment
Because interest is charged on the outstanding balance, paying early cuts more than it looks like it should.
Worked example
$ 50,000 at 11% p.a., compared across two tenures:
Total interest $ 15,227
Total interest $ 32,650
The instalment drops by about $ 398 a month. The interest bill more than doubles — roughly $ 17,400 more, for the same $ 50,000 borrowed.
Inside the app

Privacy by default
The app does not ask for your name, your NID, your bank details or your salary slip. It has no loan application form and no lead-generation pipeline. You type numbers, it does arithmetic, and the result stays on your phone.
No sign-up
No email, no password, no KYC.
On-device only
Saved calculations never sync anywhere.
No data selling

Everyday uses
Every one of these is a decision people make once and live with for years.
Compare 15-year and 20-year tenures on the same property before you commit to either.
Check whether a dealer's "attractive EMI" is attractive once you total the interest.
Run your DBR before applying, so a rejection doesn't sit on your credit record.
Compare two banks' profit rates on the same monthly deposit and term.
See what a term deposit returns net of source tax before you roll it over.
Work backwards from a target to the monthly contribution it would take to reach it.
Common questions
EMI Calculator is an arithmetic tool for planning and comparison. It does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice, does not recommend any product or institution, and does not arrange or broker loans, deposits or investments. Figures are estimates based on the inputs you supply. Investment returns in particular are projections, not promises — actual returns can be lower, and can be negative. Confirm every figure with your bank or a licensed adviser before acting on it.
Free, offline, and it never asks who you are.
